Vocations Ministry
Our goal is to promote and increase vocations in our parish and the world. The Vocations Committee meets twice a month to pray for vocations as a group.
Pray for Vocations at SECC
- The 1st Monday of each month we pray a rosary for vocations with the Knights of Columbus.
- The 3rd Thursday of each month, we attend Holy Hour and pray for vocations.
- We coordinate, with the help of the school principal, the traveling cross for vocations at St. Edward Catholic School Each week a class keeps the cross and prays daily for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
- We also host Priesthood Sunday celebrations, Altar Server Appreciation, and clergy anniversaries.
