Our Mission
St. Edward Children’s Ministry recognizes the value and importance of family life in the faith journey of a child. The events and spiritual experiences we offer aim to support family life and serve children as they draw closer to the Lord.
We offer a variety of opportunities for our children because their spiritual needs are diverse and, sometimes, unique. Below you will find information on what we offer.
Children’s Ministry thrives when parents and other adult parishioners take ownership of this ministry and are willing to walk with the children and their families. Relational ministry and accompaniment are at the heart of this ministry. Prayerfully consider getting involved with us!
Faith Formation & Sacrament Preparation
Faith Formation
The children of our parish have two options from which to choose when it comes to their formation. Sunday’s option is based on a more traditional setting of weekly gatherings in small groups with same-age peers. Home-based option offers a flex schedule with family gatherings. Sacrament Preparation
First Reconciliation and First Eucharist Sacrament Preparation
